Brickendon Consulting has opened an office in New York, marking the first stage of the London-based company’s international expansion.
Nathan Snyder, one of the group’s executive directors, has been named as Vice President of Brickendon Consulting (US) Incorporated, and will lead the US operation on the ground. Christopher Burke, Managing Director of the UK business, Brickendon Consulting Ltd., will take on the role of President of the US operation, but will continue to be based in London.
“This is a very exciting opportunity for Brickendon as we look to expand our footprint both geographically and in terms of our client base,” said Snyder. ”It is fantastic to be entrusted with this new venture.”
Brickendon, whose clients include a number of large international banks, is expanding fast, taking on 25 new staff in the first quarter of this year alone. The Canary Wharf-based firm is now seeking to broaden its footprint overseas and is considering options in other locations, including Hong Kong. Brickendon is also in talks with a number of potential acquisition targets as a way of broadening its client base.
Brickendon Consulting (US) Inc. will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brickendon Consulting Ltd.
