To be able to know our people’s needs and react to them we conduct regular anonymous surveys. For the company this is the way to ask our people about their well-being, satisfaction and needs. Everybody in the company is invited to fill in the anonymous surveys and we strongly recommend all our consultants to participate. Everyone is warmly welcome to share their point of view, issues they have, ideas for improvements. For our people this is an opportunity to provide honest and anonymous feedback to the company.
