In addition to this, our promotion criteria and policy constitute another key component of our people-centric approach. At any point during the employment (not necessarily during appraisals), an employee can be promoted to the next grade as long as they meet all the criteria for the next grade. Moreover, our promotion criteria are transparent, and employees know exactly what they need to do to progress to the next grade. This creates opportunities for employees to advance their careers within the organization and provides them with a sense of ownership and control over their career progression.
Furthermore, we have implemented two performance appraisals per year, which provide employees with regular feedback and allow them to track their progress towards their career goals. This enables employees to identify areas for improvement and take action to address them, ultimately leading to their personal and professional growth.
